Dignity March will be held on July 8

March of Dignity will be held tomorrow, July 8.

The march which was planned for June 22, was postponed due to the tragic events of June 20. Our difficult decision was based on the political tension which had escalated so suddenly. As the citizens of this country, we showed solidarity to those who organized an absolutely fair protest in front of the parliament building against Russian occupation and a shameful visit of a Russian MP.

Tomorrow, on July 8, Tbilisi Pride team, along with our local and international supporters, will hold the March of Dignity.

Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs has enough resources to guarantee a safe and peaceful march. We hope that the Georgian government fully understands its responsibility and will do its best to protect the safety of each participant.

We are coming out!
