"Tbilisi Pride" invites you to join the organization!

"Tbilisi Pride" is managed by the general meeting of members, the board, the directors and the team of employees elected by the board. 

As a member of the organization, you will be part of the general assembly, whose main functions are: 

• Selection, appointment and dismissal of members of the board; 
• Review of the organization's strategy and action plans for further approval by the board; 
• Approval of changes to be made in the organization's charter; 

A candidate wishing to become a member of the organization must meet the following criteria:

• Be of legal age;
• Be an LGBTQ person or a supporter;
• Be interested in the activities of Tbilisi Pride and want to be involved in the decision-making process.

Membership in the organization is an unpaid, volunteer position.
